FAQ

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Make sure your item is free from:

- Makeup, fake tan, and animal hair

- Free from scents of deodorant, perfume or washing powder

 If your return doesn’t meet the above criteria, we won’t accept it.

We don’t offer exchanges for change of mind (color or item) but swap for sizes if they don’t fit you.

-Items marked "SALE" are not eligible for return.

- All items from the POSE collection are not eligible for return or exchanged but swap for sizes if they don't fit you. Buyer is responsible for any shipping fees.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WAS SENT AN INCORRECT ITEM?

We apologize if you received an incorrect item and will gladly resolve this issue immediately. 

 Send a photo of the item to sales@thegoldenbrandapparel.com, and we’ll provide information for the next steps.

 When returning, ensure the receipt is included in the return package and the clothing is in an original unworn condition with tags attached. 

 We’ll reimburse all shipping expenses.

 

DO ITEMS RUN TRUE TO SIZE?

The set runs smaller than your regular size. We recommend buying a size up. The items are stretchy and can meet your comfort depending on your needs

The Pose collection is a streetwear style and all the items are oversized. If you like to wear this as a typical oversized style, we recommend you to stick to your usual size. 

HOW YOU REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGE?

We don’t refund postage/shipping charges on orders.

 

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. 

 This information will also be emailed to you, taking up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox.

 Once your order is processed by our warehouse, you’ll receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER? (E.G.ADDRESS)

Once you've placed your order it’s not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team would have started processing your order.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

 No, ensuring you receive your items ASAP, we process your order immediately. This can’t be changed once you’ve ordered.

 

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

The express shipping services for USA & Canada cannot make deliveries to PO Box addresses. Please use an alternative shipping address or select the Standard or Saver shipping service.

 

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

Enter your promotional code into the “Coupon Code” box at checkout.

Hit “Use”

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We are currently just shipping in the USA but we are looking forward to shipping internationally in the future
